Please have a browse through the resources below our courses. We’ve included an assortment of practical information we hope you find useful and engaging.

These have been developed by the experts at Dietitian Connection – please note all should be used in full and not personalised or customised. They are general resources, for information only, and they advise you use your personal judgement before deciding to use the information provided.

We’ve included nutrient specific information, including iron and calcium overviews. There’s also protein, portion control and pregnancy. Carbs are also covered, with some myth busting as well as glycemic index info.

When you attend a Lifestyle Maternity appointment you have immediate access to the relevant Members’ area.

Here you can download a Nutrition Essentials’  handout, worksheets that guide your setting of lifestyle goals, as well as nutrition and physical activity, plus pregnancy weight gain trackers for those who are expecting.

For those who would rather work to their own schedule, we have Lifestyle Maternity’s online, self-paced programs. These are  designed to achieve similar outcomes to individual appointments – from the comfort of your own home.

Once you enrol you will be guided to assess your own health habits against fertility or pregnancy recommendations, participate in activities around health goals for optimal nutrition and how to adapt your routines to achieve them. Resources are provided to supplement activities and information.
